Attorney Profiles

Timothy D. Braughler is an Associate of the law firm whose areas of practice include domestic relations, estate administration, tax and general corporate work for small business entities. 

Mr. Braughler served as an intern at Taylor, Ganson & Perrin, LLP during his final semester at New England School of Law and joined the firm as an Associate in December 2008.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Braughler worked as a certified student attorney with the New England School of Law Clinical Law Office.  As a student attorney, he represented indigent clients in various domestic relations matters.  In 2007, Mr. Braughler served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judith Nelson Dilday of the Middlesex County Probate and Family Court.  Additionally, Mr. Braughler has a background in employment discrimination matters, having worked as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Mr. Braughler received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in neuroscience and sociology.  Mr. Braughler graduated cum laude from New England School of Law where he served as the Executive Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review. 

Mr. Braughler is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Lesbian and Gay Bar Association.
